Pre Check Out Checklist:

Beaver Lake, with out a doubt, is our favorite place in the whole world to make lasting memories with close friends and family. During your time at the Paradise Pad we hope you come to find the same. We thank you for your stay and hope to see you back again for another round! Enjoy!!

LINENS/SHEETS/TOWELS:

Used towels may be placed in pink hamper located in upstairs bathroom

Used bed Linens may be left on beds, unmade

TRASH & MISC:

ALL trash must be bagged, please place in covered trash bin at top of driveway marked “350”

Make a final round looking for other loose trash or items that may have been missed under beds & couches.

PLEASE ENSURE ALL FURNITURE AND MISC OBJECTS ARE PUT BACK WHERE YOU FOUND THEM

(Including but not limited to: Outdoor tables & Chairs, Remotes, controllers, kayaks, oars, flashlights, clean kitchenware, scoop for ice maker, trash cans etc etc.)

If fire pit was used please ensure no trash or misc. debris is left in pit.

Dishes:

Place all dirty dishes, cups etc. in dishwasher and run

If Blackstone was used please make sure it has been cleaned off and grease cup dumped into blue bucket. (To clean: heat surface, pour 1 cup of water on until boil then scrape debris to back cup)

FRIDGE x2:

Remove all your food/beverage items from both refrigerators and take with you

DOORS/WINDOWS/LIGHTS/AC:

Lock both back doors & ensure windows are shut, return AC to 80 deg (summer), 60 deg (winter)

Make sure all lights are turned off along with ceiling & room fans, don’t forget the big ass fan on the back porch please!
