Check out time for guests is 10:00am, if you need more time or would like to add to your stay please notify your hosts 24hrs in advance. We will do our best to accommodate pending other guests arrival times.
GENERAL INFO ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Entry:
The front door has an automatic lock. You will receive a message before your scheduled check in with your specific entry code!
PARKING:
There is plenty of room on the property to park multiple vehicles, trucks and trailers. However, please note our driveway is somewhat steep. If you are pulling a boat and trailer we would recommend having AWD if you plan to pull all the way down into the driveway. IF you dont have AWD & have a trailer you may park it in the upper cul-de-sac on the East side (hillside). When doing so, please make sure not to block any neighboring driveways/access roads.
VEHICLES ON PROPERTY:
You are more than welcome to drive your vehicle to the lower end of our lot (closer to waterline). However, please note the corps of engineers boundary line is clearly marked with signs and white circles on trees, NO VEHICLES ARE TO CROSS THIS LINE!
NEAREST BOAT RAMP:
Dam Site boat ramp is located approximately 5 minutes from the Paradise Pad

HOUSE TIPS:
ICE MACHINE WILL PRODUCE 50-60LBS PER DAY, LOCATED IN BASEMENT KITCHENETTE, FEEL FREE TO USE FOR COOLERS
KAYAKS ARE AVAILABLE FOR USE BY GUESTS, PLEASE RETURN WHERE YOU FOUND THEM BEFORE LEAVING AND BE SURE TO TIE BACK UP
BLUETOOTH SPEAKER UNDER UPSTAIRS TV CAN BE PUT INTO “PAIRING MODE” BY TURNING ON THEN LONG PRESSING POWER BUTTON UNTIL BLUE LIGHT FLASHES

AREAS NOT INCLUDED IN RENTAL:
-(2) locked closets in basement, do not attempt to open
-Per the corps of engineers, the dock is not affiliated with rental of the Paradise Pad
-Owners watercraft
-Rooftop
PETS:
-Pets are not allowed at this time
RACING SIM/PS5:
-Directions to turn on will be posted shortly
-Please no food, drink or sticky finger messes on electronics
NO SMOKING:
-Smoking of ANY KIND is prohibited inside the house and on the deck.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL AND TOILETS:
Please be mindful of our septic system, guests will be responsible for ALL charges associated with unclogging septic or drain pipes!
Permitted to flush:
Poop, Pee & TP
Permitted to dispose via sink disposal:
Small amounts of soft table scraps.

-Masculine/Feminine Products, Baby wipes, Bones, Bobbers, Bottles, Bitcoin, Cans, Cups, Cellphones, Currency, Diapers, Depends, Drugs, Eggs, Egg shells, Fish bones, Grease, Gum, Goldfish, Hard objects, Junk Mail, Love letters, Wishes, Memories, Hopes & Dreams, Maps, Maxi Pads, Socks, Shoes, Paper, Paper Towels, Paper Planes, Paper Mache, Plastic, Watches, Diamonds, Rings, Earrings, A Mocking Bird, Keys……
Coffee, Coffee grounds, Cotton Balls, Cotton Swabs, Condoms, Crayons, Pens, Pencils, Chalk, Wood, Straws, Lids, Rocks, Metal, Game board pieces, Masks….

PARTIES & NOISE:
-Sorry but parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Only those included in the rental listing are permitted for your stay.
-Although you cant see any neighbors from this home, they are there. Please be courteous between the hours of 10p-7a and limit outdoor noises
WHINING & COMPLAINING:
-Poor attitudes, whining and complaining are not allowed at the Paradise Pad, you are on vacation & if you must pout…please do so off the premises so not to disrupt the good vibes surrounding you.
BLACKSTONE:
-If Blackstone is used, please clean off when done and dump grease container on the back into the woods. NOT DOWN THE DRAIN!!!
TO CLEAN, ALLOW BURNERS TO HEAT SURFACE, ONCE HOT, POUR 1 GLASS OF WATER ON AND ALLOW GREASE TO BOIL/LOOSEN, USE SCRAPER TO DISCARD DEBRIS TO BACK CONTAINER
